Production tracking and downtime management for manufacturers

See every machine, work order and stop in real time, know why output was lost, and get the right people moving before the shift is over.

One click opens a free 30-day workspace with Manufacturing execution (MES) and sample data. No credit card.

What gets in the way today

The work between the systems

  • Downtime reasons are written on paper and typed in days later, if at all.
  • Supervisors find out an order is behind at the end of the shift.
  • The Pareto of lost minutes is built by hand for the weekly meeting.
How Neuclon handles it

Built for this, changed by your team

The MES app connects machines, work orders, downtime and quality checks. Machine states arrive from a PLC gateway or an operator screen, stops open downtime events automatically, a failed quality check stops the machine, and the downtime Pareto builds itself. The agent tells maintenance when a machine has been down too long and drafts the shift summary.

A day with Neuclon

How the day goes

  1. 6:00Shift starts. The floor screen shows every machine’s status, current order and target.
  2. 8:12Press 3 stops. A downtime event opens with the time; the operator picks the reason on the tablet.
  3. 8:40Still down after 25 minutes: the agent alerts maintenance with the history of the last three stops.
  4. 14:00The shift handover writes itself: output against target, scrap, stops by reason and what the next shift must know.

An illustrative day. Your rules, people and systems set the details.

What to measure

  • OEE by machine
  • Minutes lost by downtime reason
  • Orders finished late
  • Scrap rate

Pick one of these, agree the baseline on day one, and measure it after 30 days on your own data. How the 30-day Sprint works.

Questions

Frequently asked

How do machine signals reach Neuclon?

From a PLC gateway or an edge device posting machine states and counts, or from an operator screen on a tablet when there is no gateway yet.

Can we start from our own spreadsheets?

Yes. Import Excel or CSV and Neuclon maps the columns to the fields, or attach the sheet when you ask for the tool and it is designed around it.

Can we change it ourselves?

Yes. Ask in plain words, for example “add a downtime reason field” or “flag anything open more than 7 days”. Every version is kept.

How long does it take to start?

Minutes for the trial: it opens with sample data you can replace. A 30-day Sprint proves one improvement on your own data.
