- 2. Choose a planIn your workspace, open Settings → Plan & usage and choose Team or Business, or click Upgrade on the trial bar. We confirm it with you the same day.
- 3. Keep goingYour tools, records, agents and people stay exactly as they are. If a trial ends first, nothing is deleted: the workspace waits, read-only, until you upgrade.
