How Neuclon handles personal data.

This policy covers neuclon.com, the Neuclon app and the customer channels companies connect to it (website chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, email, and phone calls and texts). Last updated 30 October 2026.

Who we are

Neuclon Corporation, 222 Pitkin St, Ste 126, East Hartford, CT 06108, USA. Questions about this policy or your data: support@neuclon.com or +1 860 372 6639.

Two roles

For our own website and accounts, Neuclon decides how data is used. For data inside a company's workspace, including messages its customers send through the channels it connects, the company decides how it is used and Neuclon processes it on the company's behalf. If you wrote to a business that uses Neuclon, that business is your first point of contact, and we will help it answer you.

What we collect

  • Account details: name, work email, company, role, and a password stored only as a hash.
  • Workspace content: the tools, records, files, agents and rules a company creates or imports.
  • Customer conversations: when a company connects WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email, chat or phone, the messages and calls its customers send, the name and number or account ID the platform passes with them, and the replies.
  • Website and enquiries: what you type into forms, chat or booking on neuclon.com, and basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
  • Connection credentials: tokens and keys a company provides to connect its systems, encrypted at rest and never sent to the browser.

How we use it

  • To run the service: answer customers, record conversations, carry out requests the company allows, and hand sensitive requests to its staff.
  • To secure the service, prevent abuse and keep an audit trail.
  • To support customers, send service emails, and reply to enquiries and booking requests.

We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use one company's data for another company.

AI processing

Neuclon uses Claude, by Anthropic, to understand requests and draft replies. It sends only what a task needs. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through its API is not used to train its models by default. Numbers in answers are computed from the company's records.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run Neuclon (hosting, storage, email, AI processing and the messaging platforms a company connects, such as Meta and Twilio), each bound to use the data only to provide their service; or when the law requires it. A list of sub-processors is available on request.

Data from Meta platforms

When a company connects WhatsApp, a Facebook Page or an Instagram account, Neuclon receives the messages sent to that business and the sender's profile name and ID or phone number, and sends the replies. We use this data only to provide the company's customer service and to keep its conversation record. We do not use it for advertising and do not transfer it to data brokers. A company can disconnect at any time, and Neuclon then stops receiving messages.

How long we keep it

Workspace data is kept while the company's account is active and until the company deletes it. Admins can export or permanently delete a workspace at any time. Website enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and for our business records.

Security

Each company has its own isolated workspace. Traffic uses HTTPS; passwords and API keys are stored as hashes; secrets are encrypted at rest. See the Trust center for details.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used. Write to support@neuclon.com. For data a business holds about you, we pass the request to that business and help it respond. How to have data deleted: Data deletion.

Children

Neuclon is a business service and is not directed at children under 13.
