About Neuclon and Neuclon OS
What is Neuclon?
Neuclon Corporation is a software and consulting company in East Hartford, Connecticut. It builds Neuclon OS, an AI-native operating system for business operations, and offers Neuclon Consulting. Neuclon helps manufacturers and operations teams put process owners and subject matter experts in charge of improvements, without large IT projects or long backlogs.
What is Neuclon OS?
Neuclon OS is an AI-native operating system for business operations. Process owners describe a tool, automation or AI agent in plain English, and Neuclon OS builds, tests and runs it on one shared data layer connected to the systems the business already uses, such as ERP, MES and CRM. Permissions, approvals and a full audit trail are built in. Learn more about Neuclon OS.
Who is Neuclon OS for?
Neuclon OS is for process owners and subject matter experts, such as plant managers, quality engineers, planners, and finance and service leads, who know what needs to change but wait on IT to build it. We start with mid-sized manufacturers and field-service companies of 50 to 500 people. Executives use it to fund outcomes instead of software projects, and IT uses it to govern instead of build.
How can process owners automate work without waiting on IT?
With Neuclon OS, a process owner types what should happen, for example "when a deal closes, create the sales order and send the invoice." Neuclon OS plans the workflow, builds it on live data, tests it and asks for approval before it runs. IT sets access, security and approval rules once, so each new improvement doesn't need a ticket or a development project.
How is Neuclon OS different from a low-code platform or a new ERP?
Low-code tools still need someone to design screens, data and logic. Neuclon OS builds the tool from a plain-English request and runs it on a shared data layer with built-in engines, connectors and a trust layer. Unlike a new ERP, it doesn't require a multi-year rollout: it connects to and extends the systems you already own, and you replace them only if and when you choose.
Do we have to replace our ERP, MES or BI tools?
No. Neuclon OS works on top of what you already have. Your existing systems stay the system of record and Neuclon reads and updates them through their own permissions. Plant connections are read-only by default. If you later want to retire a subscription, its data and history can move into a native Neuclon OS engine one system at a time.
Which systems does Neuclon connect to?
Neuclon has 125 connectors in its App Center, including ERP, MES and QMS platforms, industrial systems, IoT sensors, robotics, HRMS, CRM such as Salesforce and HubSpot, cloud storage such as Azure Blob Storage and Amazon S3, and 19 databases including SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SAP HANA and BigQuery. Any other system with a REST API can be connected through MCP.
Which AI model does Neuclon OS use?
The Neuclon OS builder uses Claude, Anthropic's AI model, to plan, write, test and repair every tool. Neuclon chose Claude for code quality and for Anthropic's focus on safety. Neuclon OS is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.
AI agents
What AI agents does Neuclon OS include?
Neuclon OS includes a Sales Agent, a Process Optimization Agent, a Production Scheduling Agent, a Quality Agent and a Predictive Maintenance Agent, coordinated by a central orchestrator. They re-sequence jobs when a machine stops, tune setpoints within approved limits, spot quality drift early and open maintenance work orders before a breakdown. See how the agents work.
Do Neuclon's AI agents make changes on their own?
Not by default. Agents need human approval until they build a measured track record on each use case, and they act only within limits your engineers set and sign off. They never bypass safety systems, interlocks or emergency stops. Every action is logged with the data behind it and can be rolled back.
Security and deployment
Is our data secure with Neuclon?
Neuclon runs on Microsoft Azure with Azure Databricks. Data lives in open Delta Lake tables governed through Unity Catalog with access control and lineage. Access to your systems is read-only by default, every tool runs in its own sandbox, and every answer and action is logged.
Can Neuclon run in our own cloud?
Yes. You can choose Neuclon-hosted on Microsoft Azure, with each client isolated, or a deployment into your own Azure Databricks workspace so your data never leaves your tenant.
The 30-day Sprint and pricing
What is the 30-day Plant Data Sprint?
The Plant Data Sprint is a fixed-fee, 30-day engagement that delivers one working improvement on your own data. Week 1 picks a productivity question and connects 2–3 data sources, week 2 builds a trusted view of output, labor hours and losses, week 3 puts answers and automations live and trains your process owners, and week 4 measures results against the day-1 metric. See the Sprint.
How long does it take to see results?
Days to weeks, rather than the months or years a traditional IT project takes. A single tool can be built from a plain-English request in minutes, and the 30-day Sprint delivers a measured result on your own data within a month.
How much does Neuclon cost?
Starting prices: the Plant Data Sprint is $15,000–$30,000, a 2-week productivity readiness assessment is $7,500–$15,000, and a fractional digital advisor is $4,000–$10,000 per month. If the Sprint meets its success metric, part of the fee is credited toward your first-year Neuclon subscription. Every price is confirmed in a written proposal. See all services.
Do we need a data team or developers?
No. Neuclon connects the data and trains your people during the Sprint. After that, your process owners build and change their own tools, and Neuclon Consulting can coach them until they're self-sufficient.
Where is Neuclon based?
