Neuclon IoT

Machines and trucks, connected to the work they do.

Neuclon IoT puts every machine beside its work orders and every truck beside its load. Built on ThingsBoard Community Edition, hosted for you, and set up in plain English: no IoT project, no integrator required to start.

How it works

From a sensor on a machine to a planned repair.

  1. Activate in one step

Neuclon creates your own ThingsBoard workspace with its own administrator and its own address, like yourcompany-iot.neuclon.com, next to your Odoo at yourcompany-odoo.neuclon.com.

  2. Connect a sensor by asking

Tell Neura “Install a new temperature sensor on Weld Robot 2”. It asks what the sensor should tell you and how it connects, creates the device linked to the machine, and gives you the steps to activate it.

  3. Say what the data means

Send the first reading and press Check for data. Neuclon reads each value, suggests what it means (running, speed, temperature) and you confirm.

  4. Write alerts in plain English

“Alert the supervisor when a machine stops for more than five minutes during the shift.” It becomes a ThingsBoard alarm, and when it fires, an andon call for the right person.

  5. Let Intelligence look ahead

After a few readings, Neuclon Intelligence forecasts when a value will reach its limit and which orders are at risk, so the repair is planned, not forced.

What it tells you

Choose the outcomes, not the protocols.

Machine monitoringLive status, speed, part count and temperature for each machine, beside its work orders.
DowntimeEvery stop, how long it lasted and what it cost, from the machine itself rather than a clipboard.
EnergyPower and energy by machine and line, and the hours they draw power without making parts.
Fleet trackingWhere every truck is, how fast it is going and its fuel, beside its load and its delivery promise.
Cold chainTemperature and door state of every reefer and cold room, with an alert before the product is at risk.

Connects the way your equipment does

Direct, through a gateway, or from what you already run.

DirectlySensors, controllers and trackers that can send readings over Wi-Fi, cellular or Ethernet.
Through a gateway or PLCThe ThingsBoard IoT Gateway on your plant network, speaking OPC UA, Modbus, BACnet and more.
From an existing systemSCADA, a historian, Node-RED or Kepware, with an HTTP output to your address.

Your own, and secure

Each company has its own ThingsBoard.

Its own address and administratoryourcompany-iot.neuclon.com, with an administrator only your workspace controls.
Only your devicesYour address accepts readings only from your own devices; each has its own access token, shown only to your admins and builders.
Access you grantWorkspace admins open ThingsBoard from Neuclon without a password, and decide who else may.

Questions

What plant and fleet teams ask us

Do we need to buy specific hardware?

No. Neuclon IoT works with sensors, PLCs, gateways and trackers that can send readings over HTTP, directly or through a gateway or an existing system such as SCADA or a historian.

Can we try it before connecting anything?

Yes. Turn on the simulator and Neuclon runs simulated machines linked to your equipment, so you can see readings, alerts and andon calls before the first real sensor.

What happens when an alert fires?

ThingsBoard raises the alarm, and Neuclon opens one andon call for that machine with the right person and escalation tier, beside the work orders it affects.

Is ThingsBoard shared with other companies?

Each company has its own ThingsBoard workspace, administrator and address, and its address accepts readings only from its own devices. A fully dedicated ThingsBoard server is available for Enterprise.

Which plans include it?

Neuclon IoT is part of the Business and Enterprise plans, and of the free 30-day trial.

Connect your first machine this week.

Start with the simulator, then add a real sensor by asking Neura.
