One trusted view of operations productivity.
Process owners get answers to productivity questions in plain English, straight from the systems the plant already runs, with the data behind every answer. No report request, no analyst in the loop, no waiting until month-end.
What it does
Connects your data
ERP, MES, time and labor, machine controllers and spreadsheets, joined into one model of output, hours and losses.
Answers in plain English
Ask about any line, shift, part or period. Every answer shows the numbers and sources behind it.
Flags what's changing
Emerging losses and trends surface before the month-end report, with a suggested next step.
Metrics it tracks
| Metric | What it tells you | Typical sources |
|---|---|---|
| Output per labor hour | How productive each line, shift and team is | ERP production, time and labor |
| Throughput | Units completed per hour or shift against plan | MES, machine counts |
| Schedule adherence | How closely production follows the plan | ERP schedule, MES |
| OEE | Availability, performance and quality losses by machine | Machine data, MES |
| Cost per unit | Labor, overtime and scrap folded into unit cost | ERP costing, time and labor |
Works with what you have
Neuclon sits on top of your existing systems, so there's no new IT project and nothing to rip out. You don't replace your MES or BI tools, and you don't need a data team. Access is read-only by default.
Under the hood, Neuclon runs on Microsoft Azure with Databricks as its data and AI platform. Plant data is stored as governed Delta Lake tables, access is controlled through Unity Catalog, and your IT team keeps visibility into where every number comes from.
125 connectors in the Neuclon App Center, including ERP (8), MES (3), QMS (7), industrial systems (11), IoT sensors (6), robotics (9), HRMS (6), databases (19) such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SAP HANA and BigQuery, cloud storage such as Azure Blob Storage and Amazon S3, and CRM such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
