Neuclon OS · The platform

Stop installing software. Ask for it.

Most businesses run on a patchwork of CRM, ERP, accounting, office tools and spreadsheets, each with its own login and its own copy of your data. Your people spend their days moving information between them.

Neuclon OS runs it all on one AI-native core. Built-in engines share one data layer, your existing systems stay connected, and any tool you need is built from a plain-English request in minutes.

Software that finally works the way your business does.

  1. Understand request
  2. Plan the tool
  3. Write and test
  4. Connect data
  5. Ready
In short

What is Neuclon OS?

Neuclon OS is an AI-native operating system for business operations. Process owners and subject matter experts describe a tool, automation or AI agent in plain English, and Neuclon OS builds, tests and runs it on one shared data layer connected to the systems the business already uses, such as ERP, MES and CRM. Permissions, approvals and a full audit trail are built in, so IT governs instead of building every request.

The shift

Your computer should know what you are trying to get done.

Today's operating systems are launchers for other people's apps. You adapt your work to the software. Neuclon OS flips that: the software adapts to the work.

Today

Search an app store→Download→Install→Subscribe→Work around what it can't do

Dozens of subscriptions, each with its own copy of your data and its own idea of your workflow.

With Neuclon OS

Describe the job→Use your tool→Change it by asking

Every tool you build is private, yours, and shares one data layer with the rest of your workspace.

Built-in app engines

The business apps you pay for, built into the core

Native engines for sales, service, marketing, revenue, office work, accounting and ERP. Ask in plain language and the right engine does the work, all on one shared set of records.

Under the hood

How the layers fit

Neuclon OS sits between the tools your team uses and the systems you already run. Claude, Anthropic's AI model, does the reasoning: it plans and builds tools, answers questions and drafts follow-ups. Neuclon OS checks and governs everything it produces. Underneath is standard Microsoft Azure and Databricks, so your IT team works with tools it already knows.

The intelligence inside

Models that understand a factory, and rules that decide what happens next

01 · Meaning

Semantic models

A shared model of the factory: lines, machines, shifts, orders, parts, people and loss reasons, and how they relate. Fields from your ERP, MES and machines are mapped onto it once.

  • KPIs such as output per labor hour and OEE are defined once and used everywhere.
  • Plain-English questions resolve against this model, so "Line 3" and "second shift" mean the same thing to everyone.
  • New plants and systems map onto the same model instead of starting over.
02 · Prediction

Mathematical models

Models that describe how the operation behaves and what is likely to happen next.

  • Capacity and constraint models for lines, labor and materials.
  • Forecasts of throughput, delivery risk and maintenance needs.
  • Physics-informed models where the process follows known chemistry or mechanics, as in our carbon capture work.
  • What-if simulation before anything changes on the floor.
03 · Decision

Business rule optimization

Your plant's rules, written down and enforced, then used to find the best choice within them.

  • Rules such as changeover limits, labor and overtime policy, safety limits and due-date priority.
  • Optimization finds the best schedule, staffing plan or setpoint that obeys every rule.
  • Approval thresholds decide what an agent may change alone and what needs a person.
  • Every decision is logged with the data and rules behind it.
Works with what you have

Keep the systems you've invested in

Neuclon OS reads and writes the software and databases you already run. Move to the built-in engines one system at a time, or never; that is your call.

Connect

Your system stays the system of record. Neuclon OS reads and updates it live through its API, inside its permissions.

Mirror

Records from several systems sync into one shared layer, so a single request can report across all of them.

Replace

When you're ready to retire a subscription, data and history move into the native engine. The old system stays read-only until you sign off.

How it works

From a sentence to a working tool

01

Intent

Say what you need by text or voice, or show Neuclon OS a spreadsheet or screenshot of how you do it now.

02

Build

The builder, powered by Claude, plans the tool, writes it and tests it in a sandbox before you see it.

03

Run

The tool runs on your machine or your cloud, reading and writing one shared data layer instead of a new silo.

04

Evolve

Ask for changes in plain language. Neuclon OS repairs and updates its own tools when your data or process shifts.

Workbench

See all four steps for real: describe a tool, read Claude's plan and the checks it passed, use it, then change it by asking.

Open the workbench
Trust layer

AI-built software your IT team can approve

Companies will only let AI build tools for staff if every tool is permissioned, logged and reversible. That is built in from the first release.

Isolated execution

Every tool runs in its own sandbox with only the access it was granted.

Least-privilege connectors

Tools ask before touching email, ERP or files, and admins set the limits.

Human approval steps

Actions with consequences, like sending, ordering or deleting, wait for a person.

Full audit trail

Who asked for what, what was built, and every change since.

One-click rollback

Every version is kept. Undo a change the way you undo a typo.

Tested before release

Tools pass generated tests against your sample data before anyone uses them.

Example

A rush order arrives

  1. Semantic model: knows which lines can make the part, which crews are qualified and what is already scheduled.
  2. Mathematical model: estimates the capacity on each line this week and the delivery risk to existing orders.
  3. Business rules: no line runs more than the allowed changeovers per shift, overtime stays within policy, and safety limits hold.
  4. Optimization: proposes a re-sequenced schedule that fits the rush order with the least disruption.
  5. People: the planner reviews the proposal and releases it. The decision and its reasons are logged.
For IT and data teams

Your data stays governed

  • Data lives in open Delta Lake tables, governed through Unity Catalog with access control and lineage.
  • Plant connections are read-only by default.
  • Models and rules are versioned, so you can see what changed and when.
  • Your choice of deployment: hosted by Neuclon on Microsoft Azure with each client isolated, or deployed into your own Azure Databricks workspace so data never leaves your tenant.
Who it's for first

Operations teams who live in spreadsheets

We start with mid-sized manufacturers and field-service companies: 50 to 500 people, many narrow SaaS tools, no in-house developers, and managers who know exactly what they need.

  • Maintenance and asset tracker replaces a CMMS seat
  • Shift handover log replaces email threads
  • Quality inspection checklist replaces paper forms
  • Supplier follow-up board replaces a spreadsheet
  • Quote builder replaces a CPQ add-on
  • Inspection report generator replaces manual write-ups

Built on Claude

Designed around a model built for safe, reliable reasoning

The Neuclon OS builder uses Claude, Anthropic's AI model, to plan, write, test and repair every tool. We chose Claude for code quality and for Anthropic's focus on safety, which matches what our customers need from AI that writes their software.

  • A new kind of AI usage: every tool built, run and repaired is Claude at work, every day, for every seat.
  • Industries early in AI adoption: manufacturing and field operations, where the founder has spent his career.
  • A pattern for safe AI-built software: sandboxing, permissions, approval steps and audit trails, shared openly.
